Transcendental Meditation Center
Your mind is capable of far more than you realise.
Most people go through life carrying stress they don’t even know they’re holding. TM dissolves it
— effortlessly, scientifically, permanently.
Transcendental Meditation is the most researched meditation technique in the world. Over 700 published studies confirm what practitioners experience daily — sharper thinking, deeper sleep, lower stress, and a quality of inner calm that stays with you long after you close your eyes.
This isn’t an app. It’s not a class. It’s a personal, four-day course taught one-to-one — here in Phnom Penh — by a certified TM teacher.
No commitment. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what TM is and how it can improve your life.
Sessions in English — French available on request.
What TM actually is?
Transcendental Meditation is a completely natural, effortless technique — and it feels unlike anything you may have experienced before. Practiced for just 20 minutes, twice a day, it allows the mind to settle inward to a state of pure awareness — silent, restful, and deeply alive. The experience is simple. The effects are profound.
No effort – Effortless by design
TM works with your mind’s natural tendency to seek greater happiness and deeper rest. There is nothing to control, nothing to force. The technique guides awareness to settle inward — gently, automatically, and without effort. From the very first session, most people notice something has shifted.
Grounded in science
TM has been studied for over 70 years across more than 700 peer-reviewed scientific papers published in leading journals. The benefits — reduced cortisol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, sharper focus, and more — are measurable, replicable, and real.
Not like anything else
A fourth state of consciousness. During TM the brain enters a unique state — distinct from waking, sleeping, or dreaming. EEG studies show a specific pattern of coherent brainwave activity found in no other technique. – Restful alertness. This is why the effects go deeper than ordinary relaxation.
Scientific Research
One course. Four days. A practice for life.
Learning TM is one of the most personal investments you can make in yourself. It is a structured, joyful four-day experience — not a drop-in class or a subscription. You learn once, you carry it with you always. Here is exactly what that includes.
Individual attention throughout
Every student is taught personally.
Four consecutive days of personal instruction
Each session builds on the last — from learning the technique on day one, to deepening and verifying your practice over the following three days.
Lifetime follow-up support
Once you learn TM, you have access to follow-up sessions, practice checks, and support for as long as you practice. This is standard across the global TM organisation — your investment never expires.
25% discount on all future courses in your first year
As a TM student here in Cambodia, you receive 25% off any themed course our TM Center offer during your first year — whether that’s a health-focused programme, a yoga course, or any new offering we bring to the center. Our community grows together.
No commitment. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what TM is and how it can improve your life.

“I didn’t change my life to make room for TM. TM changed my life — simply by being part of it.”
I discovered Transcendental Meditation sixteen years ago. And I have practiced it every single day since.
Not because I have to. Because of what it gives me.
Over those years, without effort, without changing my beliefs or my lifestyle, something began to shift. Then keep shifting. My clarity. My energy. My relationships. My sense of what is possible. One by one, quietly and consistently, every area of my life began to improve — in ways I could feel but hadn’t expected. That is what TM does. Not all at once. And not by forcing anything. Simply by giving the mind and body what they need to restore themselves.
Anita Tilly Certified Transcendental Meditation Teacher
I have been connected to the TM organisation since I first learned — working at a health center, helping bring this knowledge into universities, and organising national courses. TM has not been a chapter in my life. It has been the thread running through all of them.
Now I am here in Phnom Penh, teaching from my home studio — personally, quietly, and with genuine care for every person who walks through the door.
Ready to find out more about TM?
The introductory talk is where it all begins. We sit together, I share what Transcendental Meditation is, how it works, and what decades of science have shown — and you ask whatever is on your mind. It is informal, it is real, and people almost always leave wishing they had come sooner.
Join a group session
Free introductory talks are held regularly at the center — a warm, informal gathering where you can hear about TM, meet others who are curious, and ask questions in a relaxed setting.
Book a private intro
Prefer something more intimate? A private introductory conversation can be arranged at a time that suits you — just you, or bring your partner, a friend, or a family member. Create your own small group and discover TM together.
